If anyone knows of someone who is looking for a place I wil be looking for a room mate. The house is In Huntington Beach on Warner and Sims.Its a 3 BR house and the available room has a Shared bathroom and a private balcony. Must like Kids as I have mine every other weekend and a small dog lives with us.
Split utilities 3 ways and rent is 700/month.
