...garlic stuffed olives. Think about it. Olives have to be pitted and then stuffed with the perfect sized piece of garlic. No way is this done by hand.

How do they do this?

There is a big difference between "production" olives, and "custom" olives. :hmm

One of the most complicated produce items on the market are Olives and stuffed olives.
It's quite a process to get Olives right.

Some years ago we visited & toured the Santa Barbara Olive company and you can see and taste the locally grown process.

You think garlis is hard to get into the olives.........what about anchovies. Try to find those that fit in the damm olives.
