Our New Schiada is out of the mold [Archive]

Our new Schiada 21RC was popped out of the mold last Wednesday. It needs floors completed, seam capped, and tanks installed, then it's going to Cody and Mike for rigging. It going to be a Race Aero EFI twin turbo, turbo 400, v-drive. Thanks to Uncle Joe for shooting the pics.

Hey Jim,
Looks great! But Gary tells me that you plan to put this piece of art onto the piece of shit trailer that's currently in my backyard!
If that's true, you need another plan cause I'll cut that sumbitch into little pieces before I let you put a beautiful new Schiada on that piece o' crap trailer.
Really, it looks even worse than last you saw it. What was rusted is now rusted THRU! I wouldn't tow a dingy across the street. Rant over, carry on.

You're right Carl, I gave up on that idea after Gary went off. For now, we just need to get it over to Cody and Mike's. Mike said he had a sound trailer to transport it over to Parker.

You're right. I think Mike is redoing is Schiada I/O and that trailer should work as your boat doesn't have a prop shaft yet. Good luck with the build.

Picked up the boat at Schiada yesterday, now it's over at Precision Marine for rigging. Thanks to Uncle Joe for taking the pics, and Mike for the use of his trailer.

Dave, I don't have pics of the glass layup, but I do of the stringers, floor, etc. They are cam pics so kind of fuzzy.

Scott, we're in Parker until just before Thanksgiving, if you're coming for the Parker Enduro on the 25th, maybe we can get together. I'm crewing on Big Red again, hopefully Gary can get the overall this year!!!

The DCM is a really beautiful boat, it's blue and our is the purple blend. The pics don't really do the colors justice. My bride preferred the lines of the Schiada so we ordered it.

Hey Jim! I got your message, and you're welcome, but THANK YOU. i hope to get back out there pretty quick. Now that I got her home, I plan to refurb the cav hardware and whatnot. If you get a chance, please shoot the information you have on the props again (I'm goin to try to get the old one repaired). I can't seem to log onto Hotboat to get to my old messages ;)

The Schiada is lookin proper!! Can't wait to see it runnin out there.

Bob it's going great about 80% done with the ruff rigging we will be posting pictures soon when it all done. You know it's only 1/2 hour for you drive down here and look at it ;)
