Well, it looks like this one is going to go to some other lucky person.

We built it for ourselves and put every upgrade you could think of in it. It has the best of the best and includes top of the line appliances including washer. Dryer and refrigerator.

This thing has cat 5 wiring and everything was per-wired including future solar panel for low utility bills.

Great southside (lakeside) location and backs to a large city owned hill for complete privacy.

Looking to sell this one for $500K (break even price) OBO.

See pics. Beautifull grade 5 granite (we went to 3 states to pick it out)

The floors throughout are tile, but they look just like Hard Wood. Only carpeting in the entire house is one guest bedroom and 3/4 of the master bedroom(The walkway is tile).
The master bath has a 6' jetted Jacuzzi tub, his and her shower heads, Dual sinks, linen closet and a large walkin closet.

Let's talk Toys!
This home has a 18 x 50 RV garage with a 13' tall door. The 2 car garage is 29' deep and 36' deep with an 8 foot tall door. Also it has plenty of room for rv parking on the side with hookups. Level driveway, stained and stamped concrete.

Back yard is completely walled in with a block retaining wall stucco to match the house. Ready to add a custom pool.

Outdoor shower for future pool, Nice stained and stamped concrete on the back patio.

Front bedroom is set up as an office with it's own entrance off of the front patio. Plenty of wiring mid way up the wall for fax, cable, power etc. all the way around the room so you don't have to crawl under your desk to plug things in. Cann lighting all the way around the perimeter of the room.

Guest bath has walk in snail shower (guests don't normally take baths)which is perfect if you have elderly guests.

The entire house has matching granite.

I've been to this house during the build process several times. Amazing attention to detail and great build choices by Michele and John. Good luck you guys. I just wish you two were moving into this place.:)

Does it have a view of the lake ?

Only if you walk to the top of the hill behind it. Then you have a panoramic view of the entire city and lake.

We still may, It just depends on if our home on Cabana Sells first or not. They are both for sale, One is a better house and garage, the other is a better, view and back yard (pool/ outdoor kitchen, etc). which ever one sells first ...then we will keep the other one.
