This is one of the best deals I have seen in awhile on an upper end home.
This is a custom home with all the bells and whistles.
2600 Sq.Ft.
65' deep RV garage
Beautiful granite.
It was listed a couple of days ago and sold in one day,
then it came back on the market (I'm thinking buyer couldn't get loan)
Call me (928) 208-9171 if you want me to go and get you more pictures.
It's also in a very nice area off of mcCulloch south.

The mls isn't working right today. I could only get a link to a limited view and when you click on the (9) pictures you get an error message.
I'll go take several pics this morning an post them up in an hour or two.
PM we if you want me to e-mail them to you.

This is up the street from our former house that was on Tarpon. The front of the house looks down to the lake. Walked it while it was being built.

Yep, That's the one. It's listed by a realtor who is in Mohave and I think it is priced low even for this market.
I remember watching it being built and thought it was an exceptional home.

It is, for the most part. I would have done some things differently but that's just me. I had heard it was the builders home...

The home is missing the kitchen appliances and the lighting fixtures and the speakers have been removed from the ceilings. The lender will give a 4,000 credit towards buyers closing costs so buyer can apply the savings to purchasing appliances.
It has 3 guest bedroom. 2 of the guest bedrooms share a jack and jill bath with dual sinks. The other guest bedroom has it's own bath across the hall.
Their is a door from the back patio leading to the master bath water closet for access from the back (Future pool).

Makes me seriously think about buying property out there instead of another boat....HMMMMMMMM:hmm
With a house like that, I'm sure we can find a ride on a nice boat...
