Helping a buddy sell his trailer. It is a 2005 Carson, it's considered a 8x14 ( interior measurement side to side inside the rails is 7' 7") , tandem axle (rated at 3500lbs per axle) trailer w/a ramp. Tows great, probably only has 2500 miles on the tires.

He is asking $1500 for it.

:lmao He's got several guys coming to see it so it will probably be sold by the end of the weekend I would imagine.

Yea its the time,had mine for sale for months didnt get one call.All the sudden phone is blowing up.Sold my 20ft for 1550 guy who bought it sold his 16ft for 1300 so chris will get around 1200-1250.

I believe he has an offer for $1400 pending the guy coming to see it.

I haven't heard from him yet if he sold it or not.

Homes are still moving in the Eastvale area but the ones that are priced right are selling quick. It appears to me that the prices are hovering in the low to mid $300's with an occasional home in the high $200's. There are definitely some really great buys in the area.

Well he must of sold it, called him yesterday but no call back.going out of town for a week i wil try again when i get back.Track we bought in is building 1200 sq ft new homes kinda of weird to see but kb says its what people will be able to afford.
