I keep saying I am going to sell it, then I keep taking it off the market right as people start calling. I love the truck, but need a van for the shop, and I hate the thought of using this for a real work truck.
So, the truck is for sale.
http://www.tridentboats.com/trident_boats_gallery/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=3666&g2_serialNumber=2
It is a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD with 76,200 miles or so. It is lowered with a full Air-Ride suspension front and rear. In front, it is "Air over Steel" which substitutes 1/2 ton torsion bars for the 3/4 ton versions and uses air to lift the rest. Makes for a very smooth, adjustable ride. In the rear, it has a Air Bar HD four link system with big air bags in back. As such, the truck retains the 3/4 ton load rating. More in fact, since it is a modified 1 1/2 ton suspension in the rear. Frame has been C-notched and gussetted and is built for the endeavor. No mods were made to the inside of the truck bed, so you still have all the interior space.
Front of truck has been "blacked out" with the speed grille, chrome band, bumper, bumper cladding and lower valance all painted black. We added a chrome emblem to break it up a little. Included is a black billet emblem.
Clear corner lights with LED bulbs and LED rear tail lights really spice up the appearance, and really remove visual cues as to what year the truck is.
On the hood is a graphic in bright frost blue pearlcoat. The same color graphic extends onto the tailgate forming an asymmetrical racing stripe.

All handles have been replaced with gloss black units, and the fender flares have also been replaced with gloss black ones. Stock it is black pebbled plastic.
[/img]http://www.tridentboats.com/trident_boats_gallery/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=3754&g2_serialNumber=2[/img]
It also has custom built side rails that drop the visual sides down quite a bit to make up for the mandatory body lift that the HD's have to clear the tranny tunnel.
Engine mods include a Edge Performance / Diesel Dynamics "Juice Box" and "Attitude" controller. It has a K&N FIPK intake system with reuseable filter element, and I will include an extra one. Exhaust is bobbed before the rear axle and turned down. All 4" tubing up to tip.
Side view mirrors are Schefenacker units, and extend for trailering. They are heated, powered, and have LED side marker lights that are also turn indicators. Totally awesome for towing. They also have a sizeable blind spot mirror build into them. I have chrome covers for them, but as you can see in the pics, I painted these covers black. Your choice.
Rims are KMC "Backseat" wheels. They are 22" x 9" eight lugs and have BF Goodrich KDW tires in good condition on them. 35 series fronts, 45 series rears for tow capacity.

Interior is charcoal grey, with some really trick mods to the console and dashboard area. In the custom built console in place of the stock tape deck (I know... what is a tape deck?) is the double din Kenwood touch screen head unit. This unit controls the Kenwood Navigation system, Sirius satellite radio and IPod adapter. IPod is concealed under the cupholder in the pics.
http://www.tridentboats.com/trident_boats_gallery/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=3690&g2_serialNumber=2
The stock audio location has been modified to accept the Air Ride digital control console. As you can see, it is a Denali dash surround with custom mods to accept the unit and tranny temp gauge.

In all the doors are Exile Audio 6.5" separates and 1" tweeters in custom enclosures. They are powered by an Exile Audio 600 watt 4 channel amp on a full width amp rack board. It is already wired for a subwoofer amp, and would be easy to install in the current configuration.

Keep in mind that there are pictures from different years and mod levels on the site, so everything past the second page of pics is pretty much old pics.
Price is $22,900. The truck is not flawless or it would be a bit more. There are some small dings in the left side and the tailgate but nothing you really notice. All imperfections are shown in detail on the web pics on my site. Many, MANY thousands of dollars have gone into the truck for the suspension, running gear, engine and audio mods. Fortunately for me, most were sponsored from the trucks time as a SEMA show vehicle, so I am not out of pocket for most... hence the lower price than you will find for many trucks of this caliber. Open to negotiation and possible trades for a diesel van.
Call me at (619) 448-8584 during the day or PM me for my cell.
Thanks,
Wes
