Just joined your form.Enjoy jets and do all my own building boat,motor and trailer. Try lots of new ideas for these forum,some work ,some fail and thats the best part . Never quite fast enought

Welcome to the boards. I myself did a portion of my building on my boat. I had my trailer built (don't know shit about welding) and had the boat refurbished by a local fiberglass shop. However I did everything else...rebuilt the pump, built a new motor, rewired the whole thing as well as all new gauges, switches, etc etc. New fuel tanks (had those made as well), rail mounts, and stringer mount battery tray.

Right now she's down for modifications. Had the Berk JC pump so we're doing a bowl swap to an American Turbine split bowl so that I can run a droop and try to gain a bit of lift (boat was riding way too wet). Hopefully this will offer a substantial difference.

Thanks I don't know what amount of work you guys do for 1 hour of hard running,for me it works out to about 8 hours for one hour of hard running. All in all that makes it fun.
