i will see if my friend still has the one he wants to get rid of. i haven't talked to him for about a month, so i am not too sure if he still has it. the gym by my house is closing in december .... you might try giving them a call to see if they will sell you one of theirs.

The bikes are cool but the treadmill has always worked well for me. It takes alot for me to sweat and the bike dosen't give me as good of a workout.:)

Yes I was at 210. Keep in mind I'm about 4 inches taller than you fat boy. What are you at? 215?

Your not riding the bike right. Trust me. You have to ride at a good pace and these Schwinn bikes are the best. I ride at 50-60 rpms and at about 15 minutes in I'm soaked in sweat. Great thing is it works your arms too.

If Pole Tickle and Dhomo would stop swallowing each others protein shakes, it would help their weight loss. :skull:skull Damn, I weigh more than you skinny white boys and I'm 2 feet shorter than you guys. Must be my big penis. :D

Hey B....... If you can convince Michelle to sell you our treadmill, I'd get rid of it. I'm tired of that fucking clothes rack. :D It's a nice one too. I think I paid like 7 or 800 dollas for it. You should tell Jen to hook up with her to go walking or something. :thumbsup
