i have a single wide mobile home with a room addtion for rent. located in echo lodge on the california side of parker. it is a 2 bedroom 2 bath house. has a king size bed and a queen size bed. has a double wide carport but my boat does take up one side. has bar b que and outside stereo also tv dvd vcr and n64 in the house. kitchen is about to be redone and also adding a bunk bed in the guest bedroom. remodel will be done by summer. price is $100.00 a night 2 night min. $150.00 a night 3 night min for holidays. price is negotiable. $60.00 cleaning fee. you can pm me questions or email me jasonwtc@hotmail.com. here is a picture of the outside more pictures coming as soon as i can resize them.
