Spectra Stringers

I have a 1977 Spectra 21. The boat only has two stringers that only go as far forward as the engine box. In reviewing pics of other spectras, it seems as if similar models had four stringers and full length of the hull. Anybody know if Burbank Marine made the boat this way or if a previous owner removed them. Thanks for any info.

From 1971 to 1974 Spectra made all the 20's with four full lenght stringers.

From 1975 to 1978 Spectra went to the motor box for jets and the v-drives had four full lenght stringers.

From 1979 to 1981 they went back to the full lenght stringers.
