I had to pull my seats out for work I'm doing on the boat and they fell apart in my hands. So I need to know where to go to get some desent seats?

Are you looking for fiberglass buckets (like drag race seats?) Or are you looking to have some wood built and upholstered?

If you're somewhat skilled with woodworking (and I say "somewhat" because I am by no means a woodworker and I somehow pulled it off), you can build the frames yourself and have them upholstered for a lot less than it would cost to buy pre-made seats. All you need is some 3/4" plywood (preferrably marine grade), jig saw, circular saw and a table saw.
When you put the seat frames together, use an air powered nail gun and some wood glue. Then fiberglass over the outside of the joints. You can use fiberglass resin to seal the wood up as well. After all is said and done, take 'em to an upholstery shop and get them upholstered.
For 2 front seats and a back bench seat, my cost to buy the wood, fiberglassing supplies and the upholstery work was about $900.
I don't have a pic of just the seats, but this will give you somewhat of an idea.

Stalkaholic thanks;
I have the old wood frames I can us as paterens for the frames. The old seats were buckets in front with side seats behined them. I'm thinking of using fiberglass buckets in front and making the wood frames to match the old back seats and have them all covered the same. thanks for your advice.

Tom are you thinking of Jeff and Mike Abbott in Vacaville? If so, Mike(the dad) posts as "Sangster" over on the Performanceboats.com forums.
