Seems like it wouldn't be a huge price difference but I have been wrong before.

Cole Trickle not to speak for Ultra here, but the motors aren't the only cost with the O/B's.. If your gonna be cool you have to at a minimum step up to the "In Control" hardware which will set ya back a couple G's all said n done. (Dual shifters, Dead Peddal, Split throttle Pedal). Then you have the Stand off Boxes for the Outboards and those are going to be a couple G's each as well. Plus now you got 2 sets of guages.. 2 water pressures, 2 RPM's, etc..

So 15-20K more than an HO Boat?

I understand the gauges,controls,billet bracket are pricey but 20K worth?

run the smartcraft panel from Merc, and you can do away with all the separate gauges. One O/B bracket..not stand off boxes as you mentioned. You could shave some $$ off if your creative.
Dave you should have bought that F26 "sportdeck" with 300x ob's that was forsale last yr:D
