I have parts to complete several nice BBC marine engines, will need to work out pricing but they should be affordable, professionally and correctly assembled, plenty of happy customers as references. I am happy to supply details and pricing, and can customize several of them to suit your needs compression wise, for blower, turbo or NA.

427 cu in 4 bolt main Gen 6 block (very low hours, still std bore), forged steel crank, dimple rods, forged pistons, pump gas compression, short or long block. Hydraulic roller cam.

468 cu in 2 bolt main, cast crank, forged pistons, 3/8" rods, pump gas compression, short or long block

468 cu in 4 bolt main, forged LS7 crank, 7/16" rods, Arias pistons (10-1), 990 heads. Really nice parts!

482 cu in tall deck stroker, 4 bolt main Gen 6 block std bore, choice of crank, rods, pistons and heads. Hydraulic roller cam.

505 cu in tall deck 4 bolt main, Gen 4 block, Lunati Pro crank, Crower rods, JE flat tops, suitable for turbo, blower or NA, Dart 360 aluminum race heads.

516 cu in 4 bolt main, Gen 6 block, Crower billet crank, Manley rods, choice of piston, Dart polished and ported large oval heads, hydraulic roller cam. Was a $35k GT Performance Whipple engine, will build to suit as blower or NA.

That was my own race engine. I have a sizable deposit on building it to put a blower on,, for a Sanger V drive mini.

I don't have that block any longer, used it for something else. I could build it with a MK IV block that I have. I would need to sit down and add it up, depends what parts you want and how complete Steve.

Well, I'll try to keep this brief...

I moved to Tempe about a year ago from Cinci. I was pretty much in the middle of a rebuild of my motor and the whole boat (nothing fancy - 454 with a warmed up cam).
The time from decision to move to actually moving was one month, and was a very hectic time. So, motor had to go back into boat (for the move). My builder got it dropped in and bolted down, but it has not been run, and needs finish accessories and shit.
I need to either get motor out and do the final work (Need a carb (650-700) and an ignition, would like to replace starter) OR, complete the work on the motor in the boat, and align the motor to re-install outdrive.
Boat is a 1980 Pantera 24' (Miami Pantera).
I haven't done alot to the boat in the past year because I was on the job hunt for a long time, and still haven't sold the house in Cincitucky, so money hasn't been as "liquid" as it once was.
I have no problem fooling with a motor once it is set-up, but I don't know a thing about doing initial set-up.
I need someone to help/teach me so I can start getting to where this boat will actually make it back into the water.
I'm willing to spend a little $$$, but don't want to take it to a "Shop" that is gonna nickle/dime me on shop charges and BS. Rather meet up with someone that is more of a backyard type guy that will point me in the right direction that I can drink beer with while we're working on it. I'll supply the beer:D:champagne:
I just really haven't met many people since moving out here, let alone anyone with a boat addiction like me.

As BJ said, I am in So Cal, and specialize in assembling engines only, don't usually do anything in the boat.

Depending on RPM you will run, you may want to consider a 750 cfm carb I think.
