I just wanted to take this forum and publicly thank Mike, Shelby, Candy, Brian and all others for all of the help they have provided to Trident Custom Boats as we have been getting off the ground.
As a builder, there are many options for where to buy your normal rigging parts such as steering, gauges, hatch lifts, etc... We build an awful lot of our own parts, but the ones we don't we source through Rex.
Over the course of the last six years, the crew from Rex has been prompt to deliver, amazing to talk to on the phone when it comes to choosing new components and parts and has been easily able to bring up our buying history to compensate for a less than effective purchasing department on my side.
100% kick ass service after the sale as well. I have had drama with only a few parts, but all have gotten an immediate RA#, and new units shipped immediately.
I have become accustomed to getting my parts the day after I order them, and as such it has allowed me a ton of flexibility in a business where the day to day cash flow matters as much as yearly reports do in others.
Thanks again and hats off to the guys at Rex. They are our sole source for our rigging needs, and the first call when I get a wild hair and need to figure out an important project.
