It's just 1/2 block down from the Circle K at Lake Dr. (Lake side of the Highway)
The front faces Sun lake estates. It is in a nicer section, The trailers do seem to be older the farther west you travel as you get closer to the refuge Golf Course. But hey, If it's good enough for Arnold Palmer:beer

Correct me if I'm wrong...I'm pretty sure there is still plenty of room to build a garage.

the way it's set up now you can sleep 4 adults and 4 kids in beds
plus you can hook up an RV to power and water
plus still park 2 or three boats.
you could enclose the rear 30-40 of the awning and have boat
deep storage

Thinking about it. Have to convince the wife that this makes sense.
However when I add up the rental fees we pay for going to Havasu each year and our storage fees (would need to add boat garage and security on that), this starts to make sense to me, but she has a say on major purchases. Have to get her to say "YES", or my life will be painful for the next few months.

Throw a guy a bone:)
Just think of how many more trips you will make when you own a place here. We went from 2 or 3 trips a summer to every other weekend when we bought our first vacation home here.

I'm only kidding, Rob rents our place out there now. I'd be losing my best renter but I can't say I blame him. It's why we bought our house there.
