I'm gonna build me a big garage. Big enough to store some toys, organized with plenty of space, electrical, lighting etc. Water toys on one side, sand toys on the other. Hell, let's make it about 1200 sq ft. That should do it.

Might as well do the deck at the same time. Cement trucks are gonna tear my graded pad up only once.
