Here is a few ...before pix of the 2002 Kawasaki 650 Prairie I got as partial payment for the Corvette I did. This bike hit a 100 lb Black Lab at a pretty hight rate of speed

First order of business is the bent rear axle ...simple to replace!

A small pile of replaced parts....Axle steering shaft,handlebars and controls,racks and front bumper,all the plastic...got some ITP wheels and radials too...!

The owners 19 yr old daughter ...who was riding it, without a helmet....fared much worse than the dog..:eek:..dog was ok after his bones healed..

I have never met her ...I work with her dad....She has endured alot of plastic surgery to put her face back together...Last I heard she was doing very well...
Looks like alot of money to replace all that stuff.

Can I guess $1200?

Im thinking it was in the neighborhood of $1400...

yeah i coulda done that, easy....:D and now just a quick question about that steering thingy, technical i know, why replace it? doesnt look that bent:D:D:D:D
