lol I'm not worried about me! I'm just wondering overall what the trail is like. I've raced in the desert all around Primm and it is ROUGH out there.

Combination of everything.
Sand Washes, dirt roads etc etc.

That's why the driver orientation is mandatory at 6AM for heads up on what to expect.

It's one of the class act poker runs.

We're taking the Rzr S and a chase vehicle with a 24' flatbed trailer w/ramps.
Can pick up any RDP vehicle that breaks down.

Everyone that has ever run it has had a blast.
Never talked to anyone that didn't like it.
Seems like everyone gets a prize of some sort and that's just a bonus because the run is so cool.

Expect it to be at least a 4 to 6 hour run. Hold that thought.
Ain't like the Slash X where we make the loop in under an hour.
Some do it under 4 hrs.
Buffet and party at Whiskey Petes at the end, all food is included in the entrance fee.
No Host bar. Discount rooms avail.

The $2500 is cash prizes, then all kinds of stuff is raffled off.
It's quite the scene on Sat when everyone rolls into the casinos.

We're all booked, 3 so far from RDP
If anyone wants to join us I have a support chase vehicle and a flatbed w/ramps.

This isn't one of those giant cluster fuck poker runs but a well-run class act of excellent folks for a really good cause.

It is one hell of a run.

We're running it one way, then loading up at the casino Sunday morning and going home.

Some die-hard desert runners are reverse running the course back to MoJave Sunday morning BTW

6 AM a mandatory driver meeting at Monahans m/c.
Then we ALL head over to a gathering spot location and off you go.

We booked cheap rooms the night before at the Desert Inn flea bag motel.
It gets good ratings for the cheapo price.

And rooms that evening at Buffalo Bills.

If any chance of rain we're out.
Done Poker runs in the rain and it's no fun at all.
We'll throw the day back and come again another time.
