We Rolled this Miller boat last week for some bottom work , and expiremented with "dueling shop" cranes and a steel transom fixture , definately requires a secure bow eye ...

Hillbilly Boat flip!!! Tom I have flipped boats in my front yard off a trailer and onto my dolly a few times. For fear of a bow hook failure I would back the trailer onto the nice soft grass pick up the transom with a back yard design plate like your'se and pulled the trailer out. Then position the dolly and lift and slide. Not so easy in a concrete lot but doable for the home guys.M

You think a trailer bunk did that? (seriously?)
I would expect it to move a little.. but that's ridiculous?

Dave, its exactly in the 4' hull area above the short outer bunks (more pronounced on the left side) we belive the weight was simply unevenly distributed on the bunks for all these years Tom

Dominator , the thought was there that a mfg defect might have added but the "hook" area directly cooresponds to the outside trailer bunk Tom
