I closed on the land middle of October last year. The guys took 2 days on the foundation. The cement was poured on a Friday. Two weeks later the building was put up. It took an 8 man crew 2 1/2 days!! They started at daylight on Monday and gave the keys to me after lunch on Wednesday. The building is 50x60 and the lean to is 20x60. All on a 6 inch pad. All built to 150 mph specs. Not real sure on all the exact start dates.

How much do you think? The building, all the cement and the electricity were cheap! $71,000 Not including getting the underground power from the highway to back of the property.

I would like to know what it would cost for this building out WEST?

Alot more than that. ;) We are going to be in our new toy barn over double what you have in yours by the time it is finished.

Just in plan check, fees, permits, etc... we have just under $20k. :thumbsdown Have to love the state of California. :drillsergeant:
