I love looking at their rig jobs.

I will also tell you, Prime Marine did some rigging on the bigger Nordic's at the show. They are also very clean... They did a super job there.

Theres just something about those damn Schiadas I don't know how to explain their appeal other than to compare them to great works of art. Yes, there are many other cool boats with more modern design but none as cool. If I had a million dollars to spend at the show I would take all 4 of those schiadas over any other boat in the building.

Yeah, must be nice to own Nordic and Prime, Davis gets the best of both worlds. Prime does INSANE work. Check out their site, very cool one off stuff. Nice pics by the way.

I'm not one to talk smack about Nordic. But I think the reason this looks so clean is the fact nothing is plumbed:eek::D I don't see a single water, fuel or hydraulic line hooked up.

Those boats are works of art.
Granted, I have only seen pictures of them, but I must say that I don't see any difference between them and the ones DCM is building when considering attention to detail and overall quality.
The Schiadas are the clearly the yardstick, but the DCM's measure up.
If I had the $ and was looking for a new boat, I would have to talk to Danny.
I would love to have one of his jets on the lakes in my neighborhood.

Dave I don't think that is the Dana unit. I think it is built by Andy Meyers for Lee. Andy used to work for Brummett doing most of the machine work and rigging there.

If that ain't the Dana unit then somebodies knocking somebody elses work off to a ridiculous level (even the subtle styling ques?) Or in other words, I'm about 99% possitive that's the Dana Unit. click the link below the picture to see the dana unit.

gorgeous boats!!! the attention to detail was amazing.

The backseats (buckets) are retarded and wouldn't give enough room for my cooler letalone a person;)

What is the purpose of the clear fuel thing? Do shiadas have a fuel gauge?

The other thing that caught my eye is they need a huge freshining in the stereo dept. not saying you have to go huge but the blue boat had 2 4" coaxials and a pair of 6x9's.(I would rather have nothing)

You would think for 150K plus you would get some fo-cal seperates and a 10" sub.

LOL... The clear fuel "thing" is the fuel guage. :D
As far as the stereos, Schiada isn't big on stereos.. LOL My dad's 21RC has a "big" stereo by Schiada standards, largely becuase it has a Sub up under the bow and 2 Amp's. Most people that buy them aren't into the earth shattering sound systems.

I haven't seen the buckets in person, but in most the newer Schiada's the Drivers seat etc.. are adjustable. (You can move them forward quite a bit, and back etc..) I'd wonder if the rears are as well.

There is no dobt there a industry front runner. No need for a huge stereo but cosmeticly 4 6.5's would look at sound better. Just seems like ferrari is shopping at JC wittney for there stereos.

Pretty sure the front seats adjust. one of the boats had probably 6" between the seats while the other 21 has 2". The rears were pretty much on the motor.

I think danny has a huge opprotunity to build a similar boat but with some more up to date modern things for a better price. I would love to see his boat with gelled seat backs like dcb and perhaps gelled inserts on the interior for cup holders and speakers like ultra.

still gorgeous boats.

I'm most likely going to do the recessed (gel'd) cupholders on Stacy's boat when we get a little further into the interior. :)

I have the love and respect for Schiadas , but somehow I think the overkill on the rigging is going a little too far . It shows way much like a bird's nest making you dizzy looking at all that stuff . Maybe that's their goal :D . I like smooth clean looks in the engine bay , what the hot rodders do lately with their cars . Less is more what I try to say :p . I'd love to have a 24' with an Ilmor and x-powerdrive :beer
BTW , I couldn't care less about a stereo in those .Carry an Ipod instead :)

that will look tits.

you gonna do a rear bench vs. the crappy mini jump seats around the engine cover?

Make sure you take lots of pics when you do the interior. I would like to get rid of the combo front/rear seats and do buckets and abenck on the cole.

Most their "normal" boats are very "clean", but when you get into these twin turbo gigs, into that small of an engine bay it is what it is.. Cramming 10lbs of stuff into a 5lb bag I think they make it look pretty sharp! :D

We're doing a kind of wakeboat style interior.. An L shaped Bench with a bucket drivers seat. The drivers seat is on a billet seat pedestal from Dana.. The passenger is facing backwards like a wakeboat, but if you pull the cushion out there will be a billet foot rest for more "sporty" occasions..
