We arrived home from Mexico on Sept. 22nd.
Today is October 14th.
I just now came to the realization that no alcohol of any kind has passed over my lips since I drank an Indio Beer in the Airport in Manzanillo, waiting for the plane.
Three weeks and no drinky.
I wasn't trying; hell I honest-to-god didn't even realize it until right now.
This is bizzare.:confused:

Yeah, RD, to tell you the truth I do, in some respects. My digestion is better and I am sure it isn't hurting my BP.
Cindy and I talked about it, and the fact is there has been a lot of crap going on with my W/C case, doctors visits, and new stuff appearing with my back which has had my complete attention. I put a bottle of Wild Turkey ( 101 Proof) in the fridge before we went to Mexico, planning to crack it open when we got home.
It is still there.
I think I am gonna run with this for awhile.
It sure as hell can't hurt.

4 months is a long time, good healin' time fer da liver.
I went about 6 months back in 1993 when my appendix blew up, the frst three months of that was to let the antibiotics work.
I have made up my mind, I am going to run with this for awhile, my B-day is this month, it'll be the first "dry" one since I was about 15.:rolleyes:
