Echo Lodge Mobile Home For Sale

i have a mobile home in echo lodge the spot is E4 it is in the back by the storage it is a single wide with a master bedroom add on so it is 2 bedroom 2 bath. has a double wide carport i have my 23ft boat under one side but could fit a bigger one under the awning and the other side would fit probably a 20ft since the shed sits under it. it is fully furnished the master has a cali king bed 2 night stands a dresser and enough open floor to put a queen size air matress on the floor. the bathroom in the master has shower toilet sink and closet. 2nd bedroom has two sets of bunk beds they are queen on the bottom and twin on top. 2nd bathroom is shower and tub with toilet and sink. the tv room has two couches i would say a 27" tv with surround sound and dvd player. kitchen is normal stove dishwasher and fridge. the space rent is $470 plus the electric. stove and water heater runs on propane which has two bottle just filled. roof is a year and a half old and redid the floor under the carpet in the front room last summer. wall a/c units in each bedroom one in kitchen and one in front room so four total. the house gets cold. trying to think of other stuff but drawing a blank if i forgot something just ask and i will answer. asking $15k obo email jasonwtc@hotmail.com or call 714 330 0794
