Berkley Jet help needed!!!

i have a 72 challenger and just replaced the stock dominator jet with a berkley which has a jetavator. my current steering rod isnt long enough to reach the new setting. where can i go to get an extension? Also looking for a local shop to get parts and harware to finish hooking up cables and such? live in yorba linda, orange county. openly accept help and advice!
