Thanks to Michelle and her Hubby "Mr. Havasu"...they took us on a whirlwind-home-showing excursion today!!!! We had expected the same old money-grubbing realtor routine we get in LA..NO WAY JOSE....Michelle and Mr. H rock..they are friendly, nice, fun and totally have their finger on the pulse of the HAVI market. She showed us about 10 homes that fit the bill exactly for our Family. Prices still seemed a bit high to us considering the decline in the LA markets......looking for a killer home and killer deal...I AM SURE WE WILL FIND IT WITH MICHELLE!!!!!

Thanks again for a great day and all the laughs....it is no wonder you are the Queen of Real Estate in the Boating community!

Anyone who looks at or buys a house in Havi without Michelle Bravata in tow is a frickin' idiot :p.......no this is not a paid endorsement!!!:cool::)
