Aubrey Landing's post office was established October 2, 1866 and discontinued November 3, 1886. Named in honor of a famous trapper, Aubrey Landing was located at the mouth of the Bill Williams river where it meets the Colorado river. Freight and supplies landed at Aubrey and then made their way to nearby mines such as the McCracken. As the mining towns dwindled, so did Aubrey until there was no one left. Today, nothing is left of Aubrey Landing.

There is one off the end of the island West of Site Six. It can be found on the Scuba diving maps.
