Bump,

House is now on sewer so thats a $2000 saving to a new buyer along with new landscaping since they ripped up my front yard to get the pipes in.

Already receving a few offers and also renters want back in a few months so got many options but still want this thing sold. If anyone looking to buy check the current listing of what is out there at 200K. Am throwing in a 1000 sqf rv garage for the price of a regular 3 bedroom house
