need some i deas im in charge of the injection part of my turkey day dinner but all im pulling up are all cajon recipies.anyone got one gonna need it for the holiday weekend out in the dez:D

When I deep fry my turkey I always use spade l ranch to season the exterior of the turkey then I mix the spade L ranch poultry with butter in a pan on low heat until it liquifies then inject away comes out soooo juicy. You can usually find it only at albertsons in the butcher areas. I usually use one bottle for the turkey exterior and 3/4 of a bottle with one to two sticks of butter, only use the poultry.http://www.spadelranch.com/ it comes out excellent.

I've tried lots of different ways. Cajun IMO is the way to go. I just melt a lot of REAL butter and poor in some Cajun seasoning. Mix and inject. Make sure to hit as many spots of the bird as possible.

Do it naked no injection!

Little seasoning of choice as you slice it. It's great!

Ya we tried it one time without injecting it. Ya we never did that again.
