Friends of my kids are selling this place. I almost made a move on it before the property next to mine became available. It's an older, 1965, dbl wide. They just drywalled & new ceiling, new paint inside & out. The unique part of this is it's on a lot and a half. The way it sits right now you could build a decent size garage to hold maybe 2 20 footers, maybe a 24 deep. It has a good size backyard. My original plan was to demo the trailer, move in a new one, all the over to one side of the lot or the other ,and put up a HUGE boat barn. If anybody wants to take a look, I'll be in Parker this coming weekend. PM me , I'll fwd my cell #. It's located in Lakeside 1, behind the Sandbar Bar off old river road. Probably 2 minutes from the public launch. Price $85,000

I was up there last saturday. Mike had told me it was on a lot and a half, but after checking it out closer, I question if it would be big enough to build out with a big enough boat barn to accomadate anything much bigger than maybe a 20 footer.
