This is an OLD single wide trailer with a pop out bedroom. It's clean inside & out, has a covered carport big enough for a 20 ft daycruiser to fit under comfortably. I did manage to get my 24 cheetah deck in there but it was TIGHT :eek: It's 1.3 miles to the public launch on old river road, directly across the street is BLM land and accesible for off road toy's.
