beautiful 31ft trailer at riverland

1973 model, outside is ok, inside pretty nice everything works it was my ols trailer a few years ago someone bought it from me and now there done with it so it will be a best offer takes it.It has a couch that folds out to a bed and side by side bunks i use to have board and cushion that made it into one huge bed guess it's not like that any longer.Storage i believe is 50 bucks a month there and 26 a night to camp can usally get water front place has store, gas dock, decent beach and ramp.Summer coming!:beer

No that is not the one, i ownde this one 5 or so years ago and the person i was partners with i just let have it, well now this person can no longer go to the river so i told her i would get rid of it.It is older then bobbyb's but is is also going ot be way cheaper also.Plus it is there and can be used this weekend.

Is that you, Chris isn't it? Nope, this isn't the same one. It's a shame how that worked out. That one is up at Big Bend, and still going strong, what a great deal that was..........

What this set-up? IIm not too familiar with Riverland or anything so, is it just $50 a month for storage and then whenever you want to go use it you let them know and they'll pull it out onto a site for you or something? What are you really hoping for it? I have a friend that might be very interested (maybe me too).

I have a offer of 250 bucks as of now, people said they want it but havent heard back form them.So anything close to that is good, i swear they wont be sorry if they want a nice little place that stays cold.Its 50 a month and i think 26 a night when you come and 20 to pull it out(optional)I havent stayed there in years new owners but i always got water front.I payed 6k at emerald and in 3 years have never once gotten water front.I will call the people today to see if they changed there minds if you buddies are serious.

Yes or you could move it somewhere else i think most places are 35 or so a month.
