does anybody make these? polished or powdercoated. I want to 86 the bow rail in a bad way, but need to cap over where it was mounted. thanks in advance

They could be made easily. How about some flush mount pop up cleats?

One of these days I'll get them from RD.:rolleyes: it'll be nice to cover the holes that the rail left behind.
