It is a great little house (1100sqft):
- 2 bedroom, 1 bath (with a full tub/shower)
- full kitchen (no dishwasher)
- laundry connections (machines are not included) in the 1 car garage
- central AC/heat (new efficient unit).
- 1-car attached garage could be used as a rec room or storage, it is dry walled.
The house is fully insulated and has a lot of RV access to the back and a circular drive in the front. I do not have a fridge in it now, but we can work something out. I am looking for a $600 deposit and $600 per month rent. The utilities are on the renter.
I would prefer someone for the long term. It will be available for move in on Aug 1, but I will show it toward the end of July.
