I just tossed this up on craigslist, thought I might as well post it here as well. Will make a good project for someone. $3000 for bug & trailer.
1969 Baja Bug. Full roll cage, four point harness racing seats, Centerline wheels all the way around, duel KYB shocks on the rear end. It has been sitting for a couple of years and the Johnson built 1835 motor (that has only about 1K miles on it) has seized and will require some TLC.
Ten year old 16' duel axle trailer with new tires and electric trailer brakes. It is going to need to be rewired but should work just fine (currently it is only wired with a four prong connector - so only the lights are working).
It's not been used in quite some time and it sure is a shame. Thought my son would be driving it when he turns sixteen, but he's not interested. Kids??? Somebody who likes to tinker will get a great deal.
