My real question is if I dont stay there for my week or if I do stay there what is my full year cost both ways?How many year timeshare is it? I have also heard you get real a lower rate when you just want to rent rooms too? Frank

Hi Frank,
The yearly maintenance fees are $707, for a 7-day stay(Friday to Friday). If you don't stay you can always bank the week w/Interval International & you will have up to 3 years to use it by. You can also trade that banked week to go anywhere... ex. Hawaii, Mexico, they have a ton of choices.
You can will it to your kids!
Yes, you can get discounted rooms for 'bonus time'. The main plus is the $20/night boat slip you can use ANYTIME, even if you are not staying at Londone Bridge.
