Thanks!
I'm lowering the price for the new year by another $50,000 to $725,000.

I can't believe this one is still on the market. There is no better view in the city.

Somebody needs to step up and buy this so I can sleep at night:smackhead

Lowering to $700,000 in MLS today, You can still save the commission so $675,000 if I sell it to a board member with no outside agent.
Or I'll pay closing cost, or paint the interior and install new carpet, or remodel the baths with Granite.(or all of the above) Let me know what you need to make the deal happen.

This is as low as I can go and still make the move to the new home we are building. If it doesn't sell at this price we will be selling the new house as a spec.

We would be willing to rent back untill April if you didn't need possession until then. Or we can move in a moments notice.

This mornings sunrise:
