im gather parts to build a 383 for a 76 chevy c10 nothing crazy just a daily driver with some torque as far as crank i have a cast scat stroker crank for 5.7 rods heads will be some camel humps if any of you have some parts laying around that i can use let me know thanks looking to buy asap.
looking for:
some re-worked stock rods
pistons
cam nothing big hydraulic nice sound

Might want to double check the cost of rebuilding a set of rods including new bolts against the price of just buying a new set of aftermarket I beam rods(that will probably be stronger).
I can supply you a good cam that I have used on a couple of 383's in older pickups. I have a local cam grinder I deal with.

I have a used set of hyd roller lifters and a Merc 350 Mag roller cam you can inspect. I'd let it go cheap. It's the GM "395" cam if I'm not mistaken.

Thanks guys right after I posted this I made a trip down to a local machine shop and got a pretty good deal I'm supposed to stop buy and pick up my parts tomorrow if anything changes I'll let u guys know

SAN. I don't have the 'dog bones' or lifter 'spyder' bracket to hold down the 'dog bones'.
