If so, thats awesome. Do you have any picture of the process? You could post them in the Custom Boats by RDP members with details.

You also forgot to properly state who was driving your boat in the last pic.
And furthermore, who allowed the Ferd guys in here? :D :D :D

I don't know if you saw this post yet or not, but you should be able to bring up your thread, pics & all, if you follow these steps. This guy posted a link to the Intake Duct thread & it worked, I just looked at it. May save you some trouble recreating your rebuild thread over here....:beer
If there are some posts you would like to retrieve from HB, go to Google and search "Hotboat intake duct" (or whatever subject). Don't click on the link to the page (it won't go anywhere), click on "cached". Maybe Dave or PB can set up a separate archive for retrieved HB posts. We can cut and paste the old posts in a new thread and still access and search them.

Isn't that one of the common jabs that the Chevy guys take? "At least, with Fords, they circled the problem"?
LOL, I believe it is, so yes, your picture describes that situation perfectly. You circled the problem, distributor placement, yours is in the wrong end of the engine...:point http://www.hotboatpics.com/pics/data/500/101582812rofl3-thumb.gif http://www.hotboatpics.com/pics/data/500/101582812rofl3-thumb.gif http://www.hotboatpics.com/pics/data/500/101582812rofl3-thumb.gif

Oddly enough, no. The only difference is that when I'm in the garage, I stare at ONE car that doesn't get driven enough instead of TWO! I need to get on the boats for their winter checkup, but I need to drag them home to work on them. I wanted to get the stroker built for the Circus boat, but another purchase has put that on the back burner. Looks like I'll just bring it home, pull it down, and freshen it up for '08.
