I played like dog shit at Emerald too during New Years, but the beer was good. The round went so poorly that Bill and I each drank somewhere around 10-12 beers to drown our sorrows. It can only get better right?

No flat bill for me and I don't wear long black socks either. Nor do I own a SoCal/Metal Mulisha shirt/jacket/hat...no offense to those who do.

I have video proof of my ATTEMPTS at backrolls (eating shit of course). I plan on landing it this year. A helmet would have been nice for the crashes. :fingers:

You need to commit to throwing at least 3 every run then.... In the begining when you are not tired. I am going to start working on some new spin this season... Either 3's or BNC... I will feel your pain!

When I decided I was going to start learning them, I was throwing them two a run. Having a couple on video definitely helped me out. I need to start working on them early in the season rather than late and I really need to work on them when we're there for a week at a time when the water is good for longer.

We can kick the crap out of each other this year.

Yeah, he's got 6 in his crew...his Grandpa, Stainer, Dan and a couple of other buddies.

When we were out for New Years, I told Donny about the trip and he knew it equaled big money for him. He's going to give us trash cans to fill so it makes it easier for all.

Speaking of snowbirds.... Echo has lowered their monthly camping rate. Must have figured the highest price on the river is bad for business. My guess is they raise homeowner's rent next to make up for the price cut.

They lowered them because they finally figured out they were losing money because they increased it to "keep the riff-raff out" when in reality, they kept the riff-raff in because they would pile six guys in a rented trailer and they lost the good families that couldn't afford to come anymore.

It should have no bearing on the owners, aside from the park being more crowded. But that certainly doesn't mean it won't.
