My House reduced $200K now $675,000

Well to make a long story short, the home we were building to "downsize through this tougher market" has run into major problems. Seems the contractor has gone belly up. The home is almost done, the contractor has taken all the draws, several subs were'nt paid and it looks like we need to come up with the cash to complete and pay off the liens.

So I need to make this right, Someone is going to get a beautiful home at a great price. I have to sell our home now to complete the other home and get everyone paid. Our loss is going to be someones gain. I would much rather see it go to a forum member then have another realtor in town sell it to a stranger. Give me a call if you have any interest at all.
