Who is doing it? I was planning on repainting, new fenders, and wheels and tires but I figure that by the time I am finished it may be as much as a new one. Thoughts?

I used KTM on my trailer. I was 50/50 on keeping or getting new...it was pretty beat. Sandblasted, painted, rewired, new lights, replaced the bearings, lots of odds and ends to make it look nice.
$1200 or so. I have a single axle and I did the bunks.
Highly recommended.

Unless it's all rusted out, re doing it is way cheaper than a new one!..
