The pictures don't do it justice. This home is a smoking deal. It has all tile floors. Pool, spa, completely private back yard. 2 master suites. It was built in 2005 on Cherry tree just before the foothill estates. This home was easily 500K 18 months ago. Pool, spa, patio bar, all landscaping and walls are in. SMOKIN DEAL!
If anyone is interested I would be glad to go back and get better pictures then the cheesy ones in the mls. It's a lender foreclosure but everything is in the home, nice oil rubbed bronse fixtures, all the appliances etc. Pool is clean and blue. Garage is even air conditioned.
