It's great to see the renewed interest in Liberty's. I bought an 84 Elim. model as my first boat and only bought it cause the lines looked "cool" (did'nt know sqaut about jets/still don't/lol)

Turned out to be a great handling boat and only found out about the race history of the hull much later. Back in the late 90's I only saw two others on any regular basis out at the river, one of which was HBjet's.

Most of the real Liberty's are still around. I'd love to see Jack or someone run his at Ming again. Have fun with them.

those are some great looking boats. nice lines and it sound like they perform well also. cool stuf
