LAKE HAVASU VACATION RENTAL

Newer 3 bedroom 2 bath home on the North side of town, sleeps 9. Only 5 minutes to Windsor ramp. Nice views of the lake and mountains from the back yard. The house is fully furnished including all linens, launch pass, TV, phone, wireless internet access, full entertainment center, and gas BBQ. The driveway is 50 feet deep and completely flat with an additional 100 foot of RV parking on the side. There are horse-shoe pits, foosball, and darts provided as well. Were built a 300 sq.ft. covered back patio and added more landscaping in April as well. Several people from the forums have stayed here and I'm sure would agree that it is very well taken care of and clean. It can easily accomadate 2 families. This a a turn-key setup, just bring the toys!. If anyone is interested just send me a PM.

Yep, horse shoe pits. I built them in about 118 degree heat. I probably could have done them a little better but it would have killed me!

The house will be available until the end of November if anyone is looking to do some fall boating or riding. Most weekends are open including Thanksgiving.

Really nice land scaping in the front and your house looks very nice inside and out. Sure wish your garage could accomodate my boat for trips and your place would be a great choice to stay.
