Triple axle, 3 popouts,fueling station, 5 kw generator,full kitchen with island, "garage" in the back, AC, foldout awning door to door. Used 4 times to go to Dumont . SUPER clean rig, belongs to a buddy of mine that just sold his house in Vegas and moved to Florida. I know he paid $60,000 for this rig new. 1st $45 K takes it :eek: I don't know a whole lot about these rigs, I still travel/camp in the old ( paid for ) ramvan conversion :D

Hate to eb the bearer of bad news. but the RV market is SOFT to say the least. I have been out with my parents looking at trailers to replace our old one and for what he is asking for a used trailer you can easily get a brand new one for. If he really needs to move it he ill have to discount it drastically. :(

we sold our 40' Alfa toyhouse for $9k

Hate to eb the bearer of bad news. but the RV market is SOFT to say the least. I have been out with my parents looking at trailers to replace our old one and for what he is asking for a used trailer you can easily get a brand new one for. If he really needs to move it he ill have to discount it drastically. :(

Nope..it is an 2000 model though. but with the market the way it is we wanted it out of our warehouse.
