Never see anything in parker except the weekend rentals by plunkett and gory.I often wonder why riverdave dont grab the 4k a month thats out there for the taking.

350 a night, go with the 3 night min. even if you go 2 times a month still 2200-2400 a month, more if you get a few people on vacation all week.That chick next to you is getting rich renting out those 2 pads.Probaly owns them outright and pulling 7-9k a month in the summer.

Those website are fine, but I would prefer to rent from someone we "know" either through the boards or personally. We leave everything we rent in better shape than when we first get it. If anyone changes their mind for next summer, please post up or PM me.
