I've been so busy at work, I haven't even heard anything about the OJ deal other then he was arrested for something?

If you or I or anyone else did the exact same thing OJ did, under Nevada Law we'd be put in Prison for a minimum of 25 years. I don't know about you, but that's pretty near a life sentence for me.

But this is OJ. He'll play the race card, claim set up and that he's being targeted for something in the past, that he'd been found "Not Guilty" of.

A "Not Guilty" verdict will be all about OJ. Not about what OJ did or didn't do.

A group of people were selling OJ sports memoribilia and items from his home and murder trial in a meeting room in Las Vegas.

One or some of these people evidently were OJ's "fence" to sell his sports and personal items underground and give him the money, but they had in fact, stole the items from OJ,, he claims.

The items really belong to the (Ron) Goldman & (Nicole) Brown families, and OJ needed to hide the items and sell them underground, then put the proceeds in an offshore account.

So,, if I hear the reporters right, some of the sales people made off with the items and were selling them in Vegas with no intentions of paying OJ or the Goldman/Brown families.

So,, OJ took it upon himself to bust in on the sale with several friends, two of which were brandishing handguns.
They ruffed up the guys selling the OJ stuff, and threatened them.

In Nevada, the law hints that OJ has 'constructive' possession because his patsy's were brandishing and threatning. If proven OJ put them up to packing the heat,, then,, it's as if he was packing too.

Entering a building to commit a crime is burglary in Nev and Cal.

Everyone involved is "rolling over" on OJ and cooperating with the LEOS, apparently.

But inspite of this,,
I concurr with BC, and add OJ will walk from this.

I gather this info from Fox News.

Ross is correct.
Entering private property to commit a theft or ANY Felony is classified as Burglary. Arizona and Nevada laws are pretty close in that aspect. Burglary, in and of itself, is a Felony.

Other's that they've charged him with is:

Assault with a deadly weapon (Even if he didn't hold the gun, the fact that his cohorts did is enough to hold him to that charge)

Kidnapping (Restricting someones ability to leave by force, either actual or implied)

Aggravated Robbery (Robbery is when you take or attempt something from someone by force or threatened use of force. It's Aggravated when one does it along with one or more accomplicies.)

And it would be one count

The funny thing is that the only person in the room without a criminal record was OJ. :)

Ain't that the truth.

Many of those involved are being arrested and booked for wants and warrants on non-related charges.
Yet another one hooked up yesterday. I believe it was the guy who called the LEOS in the first place.
And another one today.

Their rap sheets are longer than a recipt from COSTCO.

Their is nothing worth going to jail for,, nothing.

My brother found out that stealing sports memorablia in Nevada will get you from 18 months to 5 years...

Ask my brother why he knows this...
