Michele should be able to help you find one.
In Havasu, they run from approximately $30,000 for a 13 X 40 w/ a 13' high door. A 13 X 50 w/ 13' door is around $40,000, give or take.

Lock & Leave Storage has a couple for sale around $35,000. 13 x 45 with a 13 ft door. It's across from the sherrifs office on hwy 95
