Friend Chris did a custom job for one of the studios on a near new 2007, 6.0 GM truck and now has the front diff sitting on the floor of his shop with the front drive line.
Has the electrics,, everthing to drop in plug and play.
He'd probably take a way, way less than reasonable offer for the set-up.

The shafts alone cost $600 at the dealer.
